Glory

ray of sunshine:
i basked in it's glory
warmed inside out.

glorious smile:
spread from ear to ear
rising sun.

"warmed inside out" has it for me: the sun doesn't necessarily give warmth, does it? I like the idea of the sun as a smile in the 2nd poem. Makes me smile.

These are wonderful. The image of the single ray completely warming you is wonderful; so it the image of that ray as a smile. God bless.

I loved the connection between the warmth of the sun and a smile - heart warming.
