ray of sunshine:
i basked in it's glory
warmed inside out.
glorious smile:
spread from ear to ear
rising sun.

"warmed inside out" has it for me: the sun doesn't necessarily give warmth, does it? I like the idea of the sun as a smile in the 2nd poem. Makes me smile.
These made me feel happy. I had such a hard time with this week's theme and you have nailed it.
Ah, I love to bask in the glory of sunshines!
These are wonderful. The image of the single ray completely warming you is wonderful; so it the image of that ray as a smile. God bless.

I loved the connection between the warmth of the sun and a smile - heart warming.
There is nothing like basking in the glory of the sun.
Short and sweet!:)
warmed inside out-- I love it! Two happy poems.
You put a smile on my facade!

I don't really like sunshine, but I like your poems.
For warming, cheering poetry, I thank you. :)
Beautiful poem, excellent.
Oh, yes - the sun! How wonderful it is! And the smile is irresistible!
