Writing

Words trickle through my lips
Words tickle 'tips without clips
Lies and deception, easy fiction
Glimpse of reality or lousy diction
Imagination bloom like tulips!

In response to the prompt from MK
as well as a response to Poets who blog on
"Why I like to write poetry?"...I should say
"Why I like to write...full stop" Be it poetry or
prose, words flow easier from my fingertips than from
the lips....
I tried a limerick form which I have been trying lately.
Comments and criticisms always welcome.

Thanks for taking part in our carnival.

My favorite line from this is:
Glimpse of reality

because in my poems there is always a glimmer of what is going on in my real life, even if it is only obvious to me.

I really like the rhyming on this one. Your limericks are certainly getting better.
